Use heart supporting supplements or herbs such as Vitamin E _ NON SOY BASED or  NON-CANOLA  based

 

Hawthorn Berry-cayenne-Motherwort-lily of the valley-rosemary-sage-garlic-onion –grapefruit-galangal-grapeseed
